Eight hidden screws
Glad to explain what the seller forgot to say. There are actually eight screws that need to be screwed in before placing the overlay. This is in two parts and you have to guess that the panels need to be separated. There were no explanations or instructions from him. However, it ends up BEAUTIFUL and easy once you decipher that it has two parts. The top part, the bezel, snaps onto the first plate you screw in. I appreciate "my" description to help other female installers. The manufacturer's use of the word "sticker" definitely misrepresents the setup.
