I bought these about 3 weeks ago because I have moderate hearing loss from recent medical issues. I was going to visit my 89 year old mom who has a very soft voice and last time I had to ask her so many times to repeat herself. This time I could hear her fine. These work so good in the noisy environment setting I could hear her even at Texas Roadhouse! They do occasionally shut off unexpectedly especially if I touch them to adjust them in my ear so I just stick them in the charger case and then reinsert them. They don’t work with my tv very well as they pick up surrounding noises and the voices sound a little odd. I’ve tried the different settings but they don’t clarify the voice unless I stand about 5 feet away. My furniture is farther than that and I don’t want to move it. They do work great as wireless earbuds and I even used them on the plane as they are more comfortable than my headphones. I bought some extra small foam type eartips and I can wear them for hours. So I am glad I got these and they are worth what I paid just to hear my mom.
