I love how easy it is to set up, even for someone with no previous experience! It's not expensive either - you can get started without spending too much money if your budget allows that (I'm using their free tier). The only downside so far has been getting my colleagues onboard; they're very used to more traditional tools like Pingdom or New Relic but haven't really warmed to this one yet because of its simplicity compared to those other products in terms of visualisation / dashboard setup etc. Still waiting though as we've had some good wins recently which have given them confidence. We were previously having issues tracking down performance problems within our application when things would go wrong locally at an agent level. This allowed us to see exactly what was happening before any customer impact occurred allowing rapid resolution through code changes rather than just relying upon logs/metrics from third party services such as Datadog.
