Review on Adjustable Replacement Lightweight Breathable Reflective by Mindi Gefroh

I paid for a new one of these harnesses and when I got it it smelled like a Febreeze garbage bag. I'm not joking. What happened was they put the used dishes in a bag and mailed it to me after someone returned it. The smell from the dishes was overwhelming for my cat and wouldn't go away for at least a month. Now my cat has outgrown it. Thank god I can get a new one but please stop sending me febreeze trash bags that smell like dishes, check your dishes and make sure they don't smell like the scented bag you got back. I've just ordered a larger one for my cat and it smells brand new, this time for the new one I was supposed to get for the first time. Please do not send in used items when ordering items for our pets who we love and care for so much, they are dangerous in so many ways with diseases and god knows what else...my opinion
