Easy to use software & excellent customer support!!
I like that you can create my own product shapes in CAD or Solidworks drawings to upload into software for printing onto fabric/materials of various colors as well! The customer service is excellent; they are always willing & able help me out when needed!! There isn't anything i dislike about this program at all. It's very user friendly which makes it easy even if one has no previous knowledge using computer programs such as AutoCAD etc.. This helps us save time by not having an engineer draw each part manually from scratch before we send off our designs so everyone wins here :).
Pros
- Not only do most clients give really good feedback, but also there was great support provided with any issues faced while working through projects both internally within their office team AND externally via phone calls / email exchanges directly between myself personally (the lead designer) vs internal staff members during work hours..very nice indeed :)The app keeps track pretty much everything automatically including changes made throughout project

- Almost everything is ok
