Not bad for the price, great customer service

I've been using my new fitness tracker for a week now since I've had it and here's my review: Pros: 1. It requires fairly accurate readings from me vitals functions. I'm not sure what the difference is for others who say it's not accurate for them, but this device is for general readings only, not medically accurate. So far, all the values I have recorded are within my normal range. You can take measurements at any time using the touchpad at the bottom of the tracker screen and set it up in the app to take hourly measurements.2. No special cables for charging. All you have to do is plug it into a USB port, lining up the metal contacts on the tracker with the metal contacts in the port, and it starts charging instantly. If it's upside down, it won't charge at all. So if you think yours is broken, you may not be charging it properly. You will get a battery charge indicator on the screen when it is ok.3. I love that it comes with a watch strap instead of a buckle strap like I have with my Fitbit. There is also a loop to secure the end. That was the only thing that really bothered me about my Fitbit group. Don't be afraid to lose it and it will fall off your wrist. It's also waterproof in the sense that it hasn't leaked on the charging end of the strap so far. The tracker itself can also withstand hand washing and showering, but you must remove it and dry underneath as this can affect your readings, and the silicone can stick to wet skin and be uncomfortable.4. The application has many functions for reading your information. I particularly like HRV and EKG. HRV is cumulative and has a chart that tells you what your results could mean. I like that the EKG is available because sometimes my heart is racing and I can record what's going on instead of my doctor wondering if I'm not worried. You can save the data and export it if necessary. Both the tracker's face and the app's interface can be changed according to the options provided to you. You do that in the app. На трекере был другой экран, чем тот, что показан на фото здесь, но я смог изменить его на этот конкретный стиль (почему он мне в первую очередь понравился!) Хотелось бы, чтобы было больше 3 вариантов, но я могу жить с тем, What is there. Cons: 1. Much bulkier than I expected. I'm used to the thinner Fitbit Flex, but this one is about 1/3 wider and doesn't taper at the top (thick to thin) like the Flex, so it's a little boxy. The band is about the same width as the tracker, so it's wider than I'd like. That being said, I also understand that there is a lot going on in this device, so I think it's as small as possible to accommodate the sensors. It can also be uncomfortable to sleep with. 2. Even if you have set it not to wake the screen with a flick of your wrist, you can still accidentally wake it with a touch or something wet. It's a bit annoying sometimes, especially when you're sleeping and the light is on! (Even on the lowest settings in the dark it's light!) 3. Inability to edit or delete corrupted data in the application. I'd like to delete and edit a few things in the "Sleep and Motion" section, but there's no way to do it. It becomes part of your persistent data unless you reset and delete it. There are other things that can be customized, e.g. For example, a better help section when trying to figure out how an app works. If you're not used to using things like this, it's not very intuitive, and I can understand why some people get frustrated when they try to use it, saying certain things don't work for them. You really have to dig for some settings.4. I only have enough charge for 3-4 days. I set mine to default battery saver mode, disabled wrist activation and turned the brightness all the way down. I don't know if this is an average load time or if it should be longer. This last time he was almost dead before he gave me the loading notification.5. I read many people complaining about the connection problem and I had the same connection problem. I don't think it's really bad, but it's VERY annoying that it doesn't just reconnect when I ask it to. I have found that I have to close all my apps, then re-open the WoFit app and then press pairing about 5-6 times before it reconnects. I think that's the most annoying thing about this tracker! That's the main reason I gave it 4 stars. UPDATE: August 8th, 2020 I received a tracker card for a free strap change. I contacted FitVii and a representative contacted me immediately. Not only was she very helpful, she sent me the color I wanted and it arrived today. Very happy with customer service!
