I have Morton's Neuroma. I've been wearing Haflinger clogs almost exclusively for over three years and I was so relieved that I vowed never to have orthopedic surgery again. I love every pair I have. The sizing is true to size and fits me which is a miracle because I have had trouble fitting shoes all my life. My foot is a bit wide.
