This is a decent chair for the price. I have a feeling that if you happen to get an unused one, you're getting value. I bought a new one from Revain but the chair came with scuffs and cracked plastic on the armrest of the chair. I figured I'd pull myself together to see if it was comfortable and lend a hand to get a replacement PART. Cozy? Not that bad! Is it possible to replace a part? nope! I have to disassemble, repackage and return to get a full refund. After trying to order a few chairs through Revain, this is just one of those items that's best to get in person if possible.
