Review on πŸ”Ά Maximizing Brilliant Results: Silver Clean And Shine Bath by Stephen Mitchell

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Works well, but there's an easier way to get the same results.

Easier: 1 saucepan large enough to contain or thoroughly submerge the silver object to be polished, 1 liter of water, 1 sheet of aluminum foil, 1 tablespoon of baking soda. Line the bottom of the pan with foil (not necessarily neat, just put it there). Add water and baking soda. Heat to boil. Remove from heat and immediately add silver. Leave on for about 5 minutes, remove carefully (very hot) and buff with a soft cloth. More polish? Replace the foil in the sparkling water, add another 1/2 tablespoon baking soda and cook again. The water does not need to be changed. Hope that helps! Product method: If you decide to buy this product, it will work. Just make sure the water is literally boiling. No matter how hot the tap water seems, it's not hot enough. And expect to have to buff with a soft cloth to give it shine (unlike the picture on the box).
