Small to medium sized mug with big handle. Great for 8 or 10 ounce drinks, but too small for 12 ounce drinks. I like this mug because it quickly lowers the temperature of hot coffee. It quickly transfers the temperature of the coffee to the ceramic bowl. I'd rather drink coffee than swallow it. This is not a heavy mug as advertised, I have old style 8oz coffee mugs which are much heavier. It's a bit expensive for what you get. I give 4 stars for everything.
