I order this for my father because we needed something that is easy to use, holds a lot of clothes and is easy to carry. My father is unable to do his own laundry and I was happy to see this bag would make it easy for me to pickup and transport it. When he recieved it the package was storn and taped up, the laundry bag was dirty and it had a triangle shaped hole in the side of the bag. I messaged asking for a replacement and nothing came. This is the first time I have had to write a negative review. If it didnt have these issues I would of given it a great review. I like the 4 small tent like poles that u quickly assemble to keep the laundry bag upright giving it some shape and stability. It has a drawstring on top close the top of the bag and a nice big strap to carry it with. Surprisingly the strap is comfortable even with a full load the bag feels light.
