I've been using this for several years and would recommend it to anyone who uses their phone a lot in the car. The air vent mount is ideal for vehicles that do not have a smooth surface on the dashboard to mount the mount on the dashboard. Or if you want something without glue or tape and it's portable. Pros: Ease of use. PORTABLE - You can easily carry it from car to car. (Better than a dash mount which exposes the phone to the hot sun shining through the windshield.) Durable vent clip. Durable if you share a vehicle. You can purchase additional magnets for the back of your phone. This allows anyone with a phone magnet to use the vent clip. I have 2 phones and I can install any of them if needed. Cons: Since the vent clip magnet is a smooth sphere, your phone may lean down on its own right in the middle of your phone. The screen is still visible but can be distracting. No problem if you use your phone horizontally. In cold weather, warm air blowing out of the air vents can heat up the back of the phone. I live in a warm state so this is not a problem for me.
