The ability to use it for our practice management program has been great! It is easy to navigate and very user friendly. I wish there were more options available when creating an account. I would like the option to create my own templates if needed. There are only so many ways you can customize your forms to fit your needs. This software does not have all the bells and whistles that other programs do but it works well enough for us. We used this with our Practice Management Program as well as billing. Our practice was able to track patient visits, procedures, appointments through out their entire process from intake till discharge at one place.
