The ability to use it for our practice management program has been great! It is easy to navigate and very user friendly. I wish there were more options available when creating an account. I would like the option to create my own templates if needed. There are only so many ways you can customize your forms to fit your needs. I like that it is very user friendly for end users to use as part their day-to Day job duties! It does not provide too much options or customization when creating alerts which can be helpful but also more customizable would have been nice at this time!!
