Update July 21: Muffler doesn't last long. Gradually I began to hear gasping. I thought it was ok since I'm using straight pipes, but it ended up getting really bad. Dinomax advertises this as a performance muffler but now I have to replace it and in the meantime have to drive with a loud annoying noise at 2000rpm. Extremely disappointed and angry. Pros: This is a fairly quiet muffler. The reason I bought it was for its flow characteristics and low volume, especially since I use it with straight pipes. Other brands like Flowmaster etc were my first choice but didn't offer the configuration I needed as this Dinomax is reversible. Cons: Sound at higher RPM sounds terrible. It's like a loose heat shield vibrating. Conclusion: I just didn't want to spend twice for the installation of a twin rear silencer. Maybe I'll save up for a double setting later if the sound bothers me, but my goal here was more for exhaust flow and minimizing volume.
