It's a nice looking waist trainer but my problem is with the quality of the material. I bought a size large but after wearing it on day 2 I noticed that I went from using the 2nd set of hooks to needing to use the 4th hooks which is the final set of hooks for my waist. It's not that I lost an inch but the materials has stretched in just 2 days of use. This is my 2nd week and it's now way too loose to effectively use. It has the straps to help secure the trainer and I need to extra tighten the strap because the waist trainer is now loose for me and without the strap I can put my arm through the trainer as it's not snug anymore.
