Keep your knees pressed against the floor to keep it from slipping. 4- You'll need to use some muscle here, but leverage is your friend! Get up and get out of the car. Standing outside gives you more leverage to turn on the remaining left side. You'll be surprised how much easier it will be to put on the rest. It will be difficult, but not impossible. 5- Done!
