I haven't smoked for 5 months. I've tried many flavored toothpicks (even tried to make my own π³π€¨π₯΅) and my favorite are the spicy cinnamon toothpicks. The more you chew, the hotter they get. Yes, I break them up into small pieces and then take another when I have my favorite drink. In fact, they help me quit smoking when I'm most vulnerable. I really appreciate this helper. They also have great taste.
