After about 2-3 weeks of use on the highway and trails, it broke while driving on a slight hill section. I wouldn't use it again as I don't want to accidentally damage my phone. The concept and design was functional/good, but the build quality didn't match my prized phone. I would like to add: Following the above review, Revain Marketplace's Northe Co has issued a full refund after reading my review. I did not request a refund and they did so voluntarily, stating "We adjust production each month to accommodate any issues." Thank you to them for their exceedingly excellent customer service that goes beyond the usual good service. Anyway I hope they can fix this issue as it is indeed a very functional and useful design at a good price.
