I've used other rehydration drinks and powders over the years and to be honest I can't say enough good things about them. They either contain too much sugar, artificial ingredients, are too high in calories, or taste terrible. However, HALO blew me away when I tried it. Simply put, it fit the bill and I was really looking forward to drinking it. The sachets are much more attractive than other rehydration powders and everything they claim actually works! Ideal for sports and afterwards. Another benefit I've found is that I was hospitalized due to a sports accident and am now recovering, but I'm still on a lot of medication. Two of these a day keeps me hydrated and puts some goodness back into my body. All I can say is "order them" - you won't be disappointed!
