Good exercise on my review.
I can feel it working my abs and body, when it works properly. But is it supposed to fall apart so easy? Twice while using it the weight has flown out of the hoop and almost broke a window. Picking up the hoop to put it on it falls Apart in multiple places.
- Still trying to get the hang of it but otherwise great
- It could be difficult to find replacement parts if needed
