happy with TV picture quality and features. There were problems synchronizing the picture with the sound. Here the rating is worse. Samsung has no customer support at all. This TV with matching soundbar plays the sound they call the Q Symphony. There are also sync issues. I've had experienced techs at Samsung say you can't use TV speakers and a soundbar together, even though that's the Q Symphony. No level of Samsung's supposed customer service could be helpful. In addition, they have no service support centers in the area. Samsung made the decision to replace the TV but they don't have it in stock (in fact they do) but were they willing to replace it with a 1-2 year old model that is much smaller? OR, you like it, they refund my money and send me another one for $500 more, hmmm. Overall I wouldn't buy a product from Samsung again because of the way they do business.
