We bought this because of the great reviews. The chair looks beautiful when open, but what should be a simple construction falls short of the simplest of steps. 2 steps in particular.1. (4) The large screws that are supposed to attach the main seat mechanism to the bottom of the seat are too big to fit. (6) smaller screws fit here, but they are for hands.2. There are (3) screws for each of the levers that go directly into the chair seat. The screws fit perfectly into the slots in the armrests, but they don't line up with the holes in the seat of the chair. Attached image. I don't know, maybe just one chair is broken, and the rest is fine judging by the reviews. But whatever the reason, it's a marriage. Returning such a large box to the post office during the pandemic is certainly not something no one would want to do. So take it for granted and make your own decision. Maybe you're fine.
