Review on Spectra Premium 94466 Heater Pickup by Aaron Kindler

Perfect for 1996 Dodge Ram. I suggest cutting tubes at the OEM to remove and cut those tubes for easier installation. I used the heater hose and clamps to hold them together later. I'm going to remove the entire dashboard of this truck using this method. Took me less than 30 minutes. These strokes are already very brittle, so the less often you remove them the better. I used expanding foam to fill the space in the firewall of shear insulation material. I'll say the OEM did 257,000 miles and my idle temp was around 150°F but with that I'm seeing around 125°F. The original pipe ruptured in the engine bay when the hose was changed, the core itself isn't leaking but I knew that it would eventually happen because it's a gimmick lol.
