Review on 🌬️ Enhanced HVAC Filtration with FilterBuy 14X14X1 Pleated Furnace Filters by Keith Harris

As mentioned in other reviews, the MERV rating is not listed on the filter itself, only on the paper insert that comes in the box. There is a QR code on the filters and when I scanned it it revealed that my supposed MERV 13 filter is actually a MERV 8. Sizing wise, they are too small to fit properly and don't form a good seal. Air can easily bypass the filter due to gaps. The 3M filter I replaced is 13 7/8" x 13 7/8" x 7/8" thick. These filters are 13.5" x 13.5" x 3/4". " thick. . It will not stay properly in the filter housing and will allow air to bypass the filter. My old 3M filter fit really tight and stayed in place. Visually, they look poorly made compared to other brands I've used. I would like to return it but bought it as a spare to keep in stock and didn't try to use it until after the return period had expired. Very disappointed.
