Looked like a nice chair. Reviews were good. Chair is very uncomfortable for me so requested return. I had not paid close enough attention to return policy prior to purchase. I am so spoiled by Ebay Prime that I did not realize this vendor was not part of Prime. Then, after I requested the return label, I discovered that the hydraulic mechanism is faulty on this chair, the day after I received and assembled it! I have requested instructions on how to remove the caster wheels and the hydraulic shaft in order to get everything back into the box. Haven't heard on that yet. Have a feeling I just threw away $125. , or the better part of it due to the "restocking fees" and whatever else they charge me, as stated in their printed return policy. I think I would have had more pleasure watching the $125. swirl down the flushing toilet. BEWARE OF THIS VENDOR!UPDATE!5/16/2020 My first review was very harsh because, upon my request for return/refund, seller sent via email a 2 page document that greatly detailed all the reasons a buyer does NOT get a refund. There were NO provisions for return with refund. Also buyer had to pay return shipment and a restocking fee. I was not happy. However, the policy was reversed. Seller did send me a return shipping label and did refund my entire purchase price. So I am now a satisfied, albeit disappointed that I don't have a chair for my office, customer.
