There is a permanent dent on the edge/side of the mattress which does not go away after 3 weeks. Now we can't go back because it's impossible to unwrap the sucker.

well it should be a 10 inch mattress but it is 8 1/2 half to 9 inches after not sleeping on it for 3 days and just leaving it lying it always is not yet grown to 10 inches as announced. So I can't rate it well as it's not what I ordered and it seems as bad as other mattresses that don't live up to the ad. Garbage !

Mattresses are cheap. Don't let that put you off! I am very satisfied with this mattress. For those wondering, this is a very supportive/firm foam mattress. Since I've been sleeping on my side, it's worked very well for me and I no longer wake up with back pain. The edges of the mattress are strong enough to sit on and the mattress is strong enough for two people to move freely. All in all it was a good buy!
