I bought my first pair of Propet in 2010 (see photos, beige is 2010 version, 2019 version Merlot). I posted a front/back view and a bottom view. I had about 10 pairs in total. Since they are unisex, I bought both the men's 8 WW and the women's 10 WW. Let me just say that I started Propet because I have/had bursitis and hammer toes on both feet. I had surgery on my right hand in 2010 and started wearing it after recovering from the surgery. I've had some balance issues over time and found them to be great shoes for stability and stayed true to the style and brand. I've always found that they don't need to be 'burned in', you can wear them all day straight away. That being said, there are a few changes that I'm not sure about. Now the floor is different (different shape in the photo), it seems thinner and less durable than the old one. The arch support pad is also different. I can attest that they are durable and comfortable if you have poor balance. I will post an updated review in a few months after I have time to wear them.
