I like that it's easy to use, has great customer service (which is hard for me as an employee of this software). It also allows us to manage our projects from anywhere in the world so we can continue working even when remote! There are some minor bugs here or there but nothing major at all - just small things such as not being able to save changes if you don't have internet access right away. If your looking into construction management systems then look no further than twenty 20 cloud. They will definitely help keep track of everything while managing multiple jobs simultaneously with ease. We're using it primarily to schedule work orders/jobs which helps reduce paperwork by having one system instead of six different ones.
