I tweaked and tweaked and tweaked the picture controls again to try and get them closer to my old Acer monitors. This replaced an Acer G205S that I had moved to another computer and now want to return. There are no dead pixels and the customization menu is great and easy to use. The stand tilts easily, adjusts for height, and rotates. I'll never use the swivel function, but the height adjustment is very handy, which I've never had. My biggest disappointment was that text isn't very sharp on a 1600 x 900 resolution screen. This is on my work PC (I provide my own computer hardware) where we are running Windows XP Pro due to software issues with Win7. All display settings are toggled on and off and I'm using an ATI X1550 512MB graphics card which should be a good 2D card. My eyes are over 50 years old and I have bifocals but in the past I have used two Acer units on the same table with the same lighting and they have better vision. I didn't use Ultra screens because I was concerned they would have higher resolution and smaller text. Be careful when choosing.
