I bought these as a fun surprise for my 3 and 1 year olds. They both laughed and screamed with delight as soon as they touched the water! We turned off the lights to get the full effect and they loved it! My one year old actually cried when it was time to go out and say goodbye. Now they're really excited about the "rainbow bathtub extra bright!" The only downside I think is that you can't change the batteries. (Which makes sense - they're cheap and you want them to be waterproof.) We store them upside down on the edge of the tub so they don't drain battery power when we're not playing with them. I'll try to remember to update my review when they start dying and we'll see how long they actually last. In the meantime, rock a bath party!
