I'm 36D, 30" waist, 39" hips. I ordered a large one. You can not tie the top, it will be more convenient. The buttocks are below the navel, so they are neither too high nor too low. You're the PERFECT amount of cheek - you try not to show a lot of buttocks but don't want your whole cheek covered. Hope that helps!
