I wanted to love her so bad because the blue opal stone was so pretty and I thought it would look amazing on my nose. It does however have a long butt to slide into which I think is more like a tongue and everything but a smaller butt meant for the little one to be shoved up my nose so it won't even let the earring through my nose.. as if there was a blockage. So when I put it on it has to be backless, which I did for a while until I bumped my nose and bled. In other words, if you're not used to it, you should always wear the back of your head to any nose ring because it's about to happen. So pretty or not, if you use a nose ring I would say look elsewhere, I can't comment on other things as I don't have a piercing in my tongue etc.
