Vance and Hynes have always been favorites on most of my bikes. They were excellent quality, looked great and sounded great. The only issue I have is that one of the outer black heat shields had a broken spot where the brackets attach to hold them in place. I contacted Vance and Hynes to see if there was anything they could do to help with this and sent them screenshots and still haven't had a response since I bought it on April 21st so my 1 star. If they give me the help I need to fix my heat shield problem in a timely manner, I can change my rating.
