This air purifier was purchased during a home renovation and it did not disappoint. A few months after the renovation I started using it in a part of the house with restricted airflow and even took it to my office to eliminate a musty environment. When the device stopped working at high speeds, I decided it was time to change the filter, and the device sat idle for some time. I recently wanted to use it and changed the filter but kept encountering issues making it too high. Curious, I called the company. Jonathan (yes man!) took the call, listened to the question and not only identified the glitch but immediately offered to send the replacement part. Despite the unit being over two years old, he just asked for a serial number, took my details, shipped the part and emailed me detailed repair instructions. It's great to see the company supporting their product. Highly recommended.
