This device is incredibly difficult to refill. The typical screw and spring doesn't stay in place, so you have to fill the tank upside down, place it upside down on a surface where it won't spill (because it will leak), and then manually push the screw back into the filling. Lid, and then turn the still-attached base upside down so it fits properly, then flip it right side up. This is the only way to charge this device. It's incredibly frustrating and I wouldn't recommend it again, mainly because of the difficult filling and also because of the exorbitant price for such a crappy product.
