I originally bought the girl version of this product for my daughter thinking I needed more but didn't have the model I wanted in stock so I went for the boy version. Underwear for a girl and a boy is absolutely the same in size and place of protection from moisture. My daughter is 33 inches tall and weighs between 20 and 22 pounds since I bought and still have her underwear. Both sets of underwear I bought fit her. They don't fall off and sit well on the leg. There is extra room in the buttocks and crotch area, but it is very small and I'm just glad I have underwear that doesn't fall off! As training underwear, the girls I bought a month ago fit perfectly. If she peed heavily, the floor (or whatever) would get wet. It's not diapers, so it makes sense! However, the small rattles and poop remained, which I think is good for lingerie training. She is currently potty trained with accidental accidents and I am thrilled with a product like this. Soft. Good thick cotton. GOTS certificate. A little overlay on random incidents. I have no problem keeping her in "sneakers" until she fits into "real" underwear. She doesn't know the difference :)
