Very pleasant, approachable and professional. A: There are a couple of things that come to mind here. 1) Is the data correct? It seems like you are basing your opinion on the above review. However, it doesn't appear to be correct information. For example, this review says "generates a product review" but the review has nothing about generating anything. This is a review about getting reviews. That said, if it was accurate (which it isn't), it would still say that it generates a review. 2) Are you sure that the company named is the right one? If you are basing your judgement on this review, you should verify that the company name and website match the information provided. If you aren't sure, you should check with the other companies involved before posting an answer. 3) What do you mean by "stacked up"? Do you mean that you're confused because they haven't implemented all of the suggestions? This is something that can happen when people don't communicate effectively.
