I like the ease of use and how well it integrates with our other applications for payroll. There are some areas where the software needs improvement, but the team at What Time Do I Work are very responsive to issues and suggestions and they are working on many features we have asked for. We also have no issues with customer support. Our employees love being able to see their schedule up front, so they don't have to wait until the end of the day. It also helps them manage their time throughout the week, which has been a big help for those who work from home or travel frequently. I love how easy it is to use, the alerts are awesome! The interface could be more user friendly for those of us who prefer our own way of doing things. However, this was not as big of a problem when we were using Outlook as most people like having their calendar in one place. Just try it out, you will not regret it.
