We bought this for our youngest son's move as his convertible crib was recalled for safety reasons. We were looking for something easy to assemble yet strong enough to carry a busy 3 year old. Pros: - I easily put it together on my own as I'm very pregnant. - The character stickers are cute and I was able to apply them easily. .- The bed is light enough to be moved for cleaning but strong enough that I don't have to worry about my son breaking it if he hops on it from time to time. Cons: - We have to keep checking the screws to make sure they are secure. One or two came off at first, but that could have been user error, not design. Overall I'm happy with our decision to purchase this bed as a transitional piece before we move our son to a double bed at a later date. I'm also sure this bed could easily be passed on to a younger brother or sold later when we no longer need it.
