I took it and felt great. Tons of energy. Then after 30 minutes the diarrhea started. Thinking it might be an accident, I tried 1/2 a capsule the next day (hoping the great energy would come back). Instead, my guts knotted. I had bloating and cramps for three days. Eventually, it culminated in what can only be described as an "amino acid" fart that occurred in the middle of the night.
