This is a very comfortable chair of truly commercial quality. It compares well to the much more expensive Steelcase and Herman Miller chairs. It should fit many people well, the back height is adjustable; The seat slides back and forth, up and down, and the armrests are height and width adjustable. You can also fix the seat angle. Both my wife and I find it comfortable despite being ten inches smaller and about 100 pounds lighter. The assembly is very simple. Unlike the cheap office chairs you see at Staples, all you have to do is insert the base into the chair. No tools required. The only small gripe I have is that the instructions could be better. However, a few minutes of experimenting with different knobs and buttons under the seat should get you in the right place.
