We have 12 of these in our conference room and we liked them so much we got more for everyday office chairs. The mesh back provides support and airflow. I prefer these chairs to the more expensive HM Aeron chairs that we have purchased. Great chair overall. Very solid feel and clean modern look. A couple of points: - The seat cushion is quite hard. I like it, but some people might not like it; - the backrest tilt function is also pretty solid/rigid; - The iron ore seat color is much, much lighter than the picture. The backrest feels slightly loose and may be damaged, but you cannot access the backrest adjustment area.
