We have two of these units to power indoor thermoelectric coolers when traveling and they do the job very well. A CAUTION: WHEN ORDERING A CONVERTER, MAKE SURE THE POWER OUTPUT IS SUFFICIENT FOR YOUR DEVICE. This converter is good for thermoelectric coolers, but not enough for devices that require more power.
