I had problems when the device arrived and I installed it. It kept freezing, especially when using YouTube, and I had to turn it on and off every time. Sometimes it happened twice an hour. However, after emailing support and working with Susan, the device seems to be working much better now. She has sent a request to her tech team to release an update to fix the YouTube crashing error. I haven't had any problems yet (2 weeks) although I've only used the device twice since then. The biggest area for improvement (manufacturer feedback), aside from app crashes, is the platform's more intuitive user interface. Managing apps, layout, and settings is extremely difficult, even for those of us with extensive technical experience. I have to say I was willing to return the device and ask for a refund. Susan's excellent customer service and attention to solving my issue is the only reason I'm still a customer!
