The central screw is crooked, the hole in the rocker is drilled and cut crooked. As a result, the arms do not come together at the same length. Pretty important for wearing rumble. Lean back 1/8" to 1/4" where your hands grip the object you want to drag. I did a lot of sanding to get the job done and threw them into the chasm at the bottom of the toolbox. Maybe I'll find an old man from the US at the stock exchange!
