Definitely not "high quality" although I received 12 packs. If the cross doesn't fall apart in the first few days, then the thread you're pulling to tighten the bracelet is loosening. If you are thinking of buying this product, save your money and just buy from a woman who sells it outside of the church. At least they last longer than 1 week. This is my sixth since purchase.
