I order a lot of things from Amazon. A lot of. I write reviews for maybe 5% and half of that is usually because the seller found a creative way to get my attention. I order a lot of Pokemon bath bombs for my kid (his number one request for honors and holidays), but not so much for me. About 6 months ago I made my decision and ordered a set. I've tried a few but the ones my kid got smelled better. So they sat. Somehow my husband got tangled up in my bath bombs in my son's regular box of Pokemon all over the cover and let him use a few. The kid was unhappy, and while I didn't really like her, for some reason I decided to replace her. So I looked around hunting for a pair that looked okay and were reasonably priced. I considered this one but it was cheap so I figured it wasn't good and got another set. The new set was much better than the old one but nothing that would make me a regular customer. Later Amazon was kind enough to remind me that I reviewed them and realized what the heck I was spending money on dumber things. They arrived today and I have to try one of these. First off, the packaging is way nicer than the sets I've spent twice as much on (both for myself and a bunch of Pokemon), so thanks. It then comes with a small tool to open the plastic packaging (much better than my tweezers or nails). I started with the scent I was least interested in (sorry mango) so I could get it out of the way. Surprisingly, I really like the scent. But what really impressed me was how long it held up in the water. I'm used to the one my kid gets and others I've tried averaging about 3 minutes. I didn't even start the countdown until it was well past the halfway mark (yes I was impressed enough I timed it) and even then it continued for another 9 minutes. I love it when my bath isn't hot enough to cook pasta but hot enough to see the steam so impressive it lasts so long. I am very happy with this purchase and even happier that they are not as expensive as other sets. I will be buying more once they run out (not 6 months plus this time). To the Creator, if so, the mother in me that wants to relax thanks you and my side of clinical chemistry thinks you are doing amazing things with sodium bicarbonate! Thanks very much!
