I like that it's easy for new hires or existing team members who have never used this software before! It gives me peace of mind knowing there isn't anything else out in market place which offers so much value at such an affordable price point compared with other more expensive tools available online.

The biggest challenge we face currently - getting people onboarded fast enough into their first few weeks/months as they learn how best use our tool set (and get some training done!). This has made things easier than using another product where many potential users would be put off by having too steep learning curve associated wth them signing up & trying to figure everything themselves.
