Bought in April to replace another brand that stopped working after just a few months. Like this one! I especially like the fact that it has a fan that other brands don't have. It makes sense to remove some moisture! Well, I accidentally blew out a lightbulb, all my fault. I contacted the seller about buying a new lamp. They responded immediately and asked what my problem was so they could fix it. I honestly told them I broke the lightbulb and fully expected a "fine in that case" conversation. Instead they apologized that they didn't have a spare bulb and then gave me a 50% code to buy a new one. Wonderful! It was 100% my fault and yet they fixed everything. Excellent work! Keep it up!
